Delivery time
Delivery normally takes place within 48 hours after receipt of your payment and provided all orders products are on stock.
In case products are not available, please count on a delay of 3 to 6 weeks before shipment of your order.
If you order special and made-to-measure products, please contact us for an estimation of the delivery time.
Transport of your order
The delivery of your order is usually taken care for by Chronopost and Kuehne Nagel.
ODF is however free to decide with whom to work for the delivery of her orders.
You will receive a follow-up reference number the moment your order will leave, enabling you to follow the delivery of your order on-line.
If you wish an express delivery, this is possible with a supplement ; please contact us , so we can inform you about the additional costs.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs comprise packing, handling and transport. The costs may include a fixed and variable part according to the value and weight of your order.
We advise you to consolidate your purchases in one order only. Each order is treated seperately and if you place 2 orders, you will pay twice delivery costs as well.
Boxes are oversized due to protection by packing material especially developped to protect the boxes during transport.
Fragile products are treated with the best possible care, but delivery will be in all cases at your own risk. If boxes are damaged upon arrival, please take a picture and inform us soonest.

Zone 3 : Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Tcheque Tepublic, Slowakia, Slovenia
Delivery cost 30€ ex VAT. / Free delivery from 915€ ex VAT.
Zone 4 : Hungary, Poland, Portugal
Delivery cost 35€ ex VAT. / Free delivery from 1025€ ex VAT.
Zone 5 : Croatia, Greece, United-Kingdom, Switzerland
Delivery cost 45€ ex VAT. / Free delivery from 1490€ ex VAT.

Above costs are an indication and might be adjusted fore some orders depending on value, volume or weight of the order.
Special transport
If necessary, our logistics can assure a special transport. Truck, vessel, plane or train, we can organise all means of transport depending on the destination and nature of the order.
Returns
